Apply to attend

There are two simple forms for you to fill in

First form, simply give an outline and summary of your working prototype and what it does. The event date is June 20th. It will take place at GSK’s HQ in Dublin on Stonemason’s Way, Rathfarnham, Dublin 14 (beside Marley Park).

Second form, you apply to receive the GSK App-cademy case-study. Once you receive your case-study you answer it and return by email (all instructions will be emailed to you).

Please be aware, we need both the application to attend and the case-study response from you.
